What happens if a school did not fax their results?
Their results will be treated as not played, and the points will go to the opposing team.
But what if the school has got a power failure?
Then the school must contact us to inform us of the power failure, and they can either give us the scores telephonically or via sms, till their power is restored and then fax us the results.
What happens to the points is a school does not have a specific team in an age group?
The points will automatically go to the opposing school that does have that age group.
What is a goal average and how does it work?
Should two teams tie on points, then we look at the goal average of both teams. This is a process whereby you add all the goals that a specific team has scored during the league and then divide it by the sum of all the goals that was scored against them by the other schools. This then gives you an average, this is also where you will have a team losing by a 0,001 goal average. The formula is: goals for / goals against = ???
How are you going to determine to overall league winners?
Position 1 & 2 of pool A & B will play against one another to determine a new position 1 & 2. These two schools will then form a new pool A. The new pool A will then play against position 1 & 2 of pool C. This will then give you the official League winners and runners up.
